This the moment a bear caught on camera in the forest shows it's as hip as they come as it gyrates to what amazed wildlife experts have dubbed a bruin lambada.

The bear was spotted chilling out by woodlands ranger Maxim Skutin in the Kronotsky Reserve in eastern Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula on 17th September.

As it stands up on its hind legs it grinds its hips around while using a handy tree to scratch its back on.

The bear, said to be a three-year-old cub, reports local media, is not afraid of human visitors and often puts on a show for them.

Experts say bears scratch on trees not only to relieve itching but to warn others that they have marked their territory and to stay away.
