Brazil: Elderly Man Injured After Horse-Drawn Carriage Overturns, Leaving Him Trapped Underneath While Horse Bolts

This is the moment an elderly man riding a horse-drawn carriage is left lying alone and injured on the street when one of the wheels hits a curb, causing the carriage to topple over him and the animal to run off in fear.
The incident reportedly occurred in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia State, Brazil, on Wednesday, 9th October.
CCTV footage shows the 73-year-old man, identity not disclosed, entering a narrow street when he hits the tall street curb with a tyre and loses control of the carriage.
The wooden carriage overturns from the impact and lands on top of the old man as he falls flat on the street.
His horse also falls but is able to quickly get back up on its feet and runs off scared, leaving its owner behind.
The victim was later rescued and taken to Hospital Geral Cleriston Andrade with fractures all over his body.
