Assistant General Manager Drew granted her wish but with a twist. The gift? A classic Chanel shopping bag, but no designer purse inside. Ariana laughed as she realized it was a bag from Chanel: the shopping bag.

Ariana, the server from the video has a birthday coming up in November. She has been jokingly asking all of our managers to buy her a Chanel bag for her birthday. She never expected a gift let alone, an actual Chanel bag—so when our AGM Drew came out with a gift for her she was excited but also knew it had to be unserious coming from him. She opened the present to find what was definitely a Chanel bag but not the kind she had on her birthday list.
