Info from Licensor: "We wanted our one-year-old to be able to participate in Halloween this year but with him being wild and just learning to walk that seemed almost impossible until we made a passing joke, “too bad he can’t be in a cage” which is when I thought why don’t we make a costume around the idea of a cage and have him be something cute inside, with the other two kids having costumes to go with the theme. It worked out great he got a lot of attention on Halloween night and he enjoyed watching everyone and when he had enough he sat down and enjoyed the ride."
