Info from Licensor: "Every night I take my basenjis (Nikki and Hyro) into a fenced in forest with wonderfully groomed roads and trail systems. At the entry to the forest is a sign stating what to do in case you encounter a cougar, bear or wolf. Hyro and Nikki are off leash and meandering about, sniffing and such, and get ahead of me but they are always waiting at our designated treat stops. Well, two nights ago we encountered a cougar. They chased the cougar up the tree; two quick videos were taken (I felt safe even at the close proximity and circumstances) and we were quickly on our way. Basenjis are definitely fearless and true to their heritage as lion hunters. I'm definitely not naive to what could have happened; the look on this creatures face with my bright light in its eyes was utter fear, hence the calm tone in my voice. We all react differently to situations, regardless, enjoy or despise the video at your own leisure."
