US, Los Angeles: Downtown Los Angeles Shooting at Target Store With at Least 2 Victims
Los Angeles, United States - December 30, 2024 12/30/2024 08:55 pm (GMT-0800) DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – Shortly before 9 p.m., LAPD Central Division officers responded to a call of a shooting at the Target store located at the FIGat7th shopping center at 735 S. Figueroa Street. A spokesperson for the LAPD told KNN this was not an active shooter incident. According to the LAPD spokesperson, there were a total of two gunshot victims – a security guard and one other person. They were both transported to a local hospital; one is in stable condition, and the other is critical. The suspect is described as a white male with curly hair wearing a black coat and gray sweats who fled in an unknown direction, according to the LAPD.
