Spain: First three trains built by Alstom for Catalonia's Rodalies will be tested during 2025
Barcelona, Spain - January 10, 2025 The first three trains manufactured by the multinational Alstom for the Rodalies de Catalunya service will be tested and approved throughout 2025. Spanish Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, and the President of the Catalan government, Salvador Illa, visited Friday the Alstom plant in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, which will manufacture a total of 201 trains for the whole of Spain on behalf of Renfe.
