TikTok user 'livrosina' took her kids to Wembley Stadium for her son's birthday to watch the Women's England vs. Spain match on February 26. But mid-match, the stadium was suddenly plunged into darkness as the main lights went out.

As confusion spread, the crowd turned on their phone flashlights, creating an unexpectedly beautiful atmosphere. Watching the game back on TV, they realized the stadium looked completely dark but in person, they could still see the pitch and players.

I took my children to see the Women’s England vs Spain match in Wednesday for my sons birthday, mid match the main lights went out of the stadium, causing the game to pause and everyone to question what was happening! A lot of the crowd put their flashlights on their phones creating a lovely atmosphere. When we watched the game back on TV we noticed the stadium was in complete darkness, however as you can see by my video it really wasn’t! We could still see the pitch, players etc it was just a little darker.
