US: People Celebrate Mardi Gras Despite Inclement Weather
Due to weather warnings, Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans, including the Zulu and Rex parades, were rolled back and started earlier than scheduled on Tuesday, March 4. Many parades were pared down or canceled, and some, like Zulu and Rex, proceeded without bands or truck floats.
