The Ministry of Emergency Situations continues the operation to eliminate the consequences of the rainy and windy weather that is currently observed in the country. "As a result of the operation, a total of 31 citizens, including 10 children, left without outside assistance in the flooded areas have been evacuated to date. At present, work is continuously ongoing to drain water from the flooded areas in various directions in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Sumgayit and the Absheron region, evacuate citizens in need of assistance, as well as implement other necessary security measures.
