Peepers (white male duck age 8months) and snickers ( girl goat age 2weeks) are the most unlikely of best friends are attached at the hip. Peepers started becoming protective of snickers momma (cookie) when she was 3 weeks from her due date. Peepers was there during the birth and gave cookie emotional support. With in minutes of being born snickers and peepers became inseparable. They do everything together! Eating, sleeping, they groom each other and no matter what snickers is into peepers is right there watching. Peepers is very protective of snickers and the other goats he lives with but the most he does is give you some nibbles to let you know he isn’t pleased. Peepers, cookie and snickers were all bred, born and raised at Broken Wallet Ranch in Amarillo, TX. Our goal is to keep peepers with his goats but snickers will go to a new home when she is ready to be weened so that peepers can take care of the next generation of goat babies.
