TikTok creator Sophie Jones is putting embarrassment to the test in a daring social experiment. In her new series, Jones intentionally places herself in awkward situations to conquer the fear of public humiliation, one ridiculous act at a time.

In this stunt, she convinces a stranger to film her "Britain’s Got Talent audition" (though she’s not actually auditioning) before launching into an entertaining breakdance performance.

I do exposure videos where I purposely embrace embarrassment and overcome the fear by intentionally putting myself into embarrassing situations. I asked a stranger to film me for my Britain’s got talent audition (I’m not really auditioning for it) and then did an embarrassing break dance.
