What started as a frustrating Airbnb search quickly transformed into an unforgettable experience for Lay and her friends, thanks to the kindness of their new host, Emy.

After a series of issues with their original booking, the group scrambled to find another place, leading them to Emy’s house, where she welcomed them with open arms. Patient and understanding, she not only helped them navigate their refund struggles but also introduced them to one of the best surprises yet: the turtles.

We originally booked another Airbnb before coming to this one and there was just so many problems so we looked for another one & Emy’s house came up so we messaged her & asked did she have something ready now & she said yes pull up. She was literally so sweet & comforting & so so patient with us as we were trying to get a refund from our other Airbnb,she started to tell us about the turtles.
