Lucy is our 7 month old mini pig! Just like you would expect, she loves most foods! In this video we are feeding her some cooked broccoli. Broccoli, along with raspberries, strawberries, and cauliflower are among some of her favorite snacks. She is an indoor pig, goes to the bathroom in a litter box, and is harness trained. She can do a multitude of tricks, including sit, spin, give kisses, jump, bow, and find certain objects like the couch. Pigs are arguably the 4th smartest animal in the world and have the emotional intelligence comparable to a 3 year old human child. Lucy is aspiring to be a therapy pig when she gets older, that way she can bring joy to other lives, like she does ours! Oink!
