Zoe pulled off a hilarious and harmless prank, tricking unsuspecting shoppers into thinking Screwfix staff were calling them back into the store, when it was just her with a walkie-talkie in her car.

She cleverly hid one outside the doors, waiting for customers to step out before using the speaker-like setup to ask them to return, leaving them confused and amused as they turned back, completely unaware of the joke.
