Info from Licensor: "This happened a few years ago now, my daughter went for a ice cream and came to show me there was something funny going on with her frozen treat. I had to film it because I didn't think anyone would have believed us that it happened. We still cannot figure out to this day how this even happened, but would love to know if someone could tell us."
