Remi, a three-year-old with a natural gift for music, has captured hearts across TikTok, drumming and singing along to Natasha Bedingfield’s Pocketful of Sunshine on his front porch. The video has soared past 12 million views, proving that his talent and his story are impossible to ignore.

Born with Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia, a congenital heart condition, Remi has been beating to his rhythm since infancy. Music helped him through his open-heart surgery at just six months old and has remained his constant companion ever since—especially the tunes of Elvis Presley.

His ability to pick up melodies is remarkable. On the day he first heard Pocketful of Sunshine, he was humming along within hours, seamlessly catching the tune and the beat. He began drumming at two and a half and has only improved.

Remi is a 3 year old heart warrior who was born with the congenital heart disease, Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia. Since a baby, leading up to his open heart surgery at 6 months old and after his surgery, music has gotten him through everything (especially Elvis) He is an extremely happy kid who loves to sing but he is a complete natural already at drumming! He has a wide variety of music genres and songs that he loves that go back to the 1960's. Once he hears a song and if he likes it, he's already picked up the tune and the beat by the second time he hears it. Here he is singing and drumming to "Pocketful of Sunshine" by Natasha Bedingfield, he heard that song for the first time that day and was humming along to it all afternoon, he picked it up that quick! He started drumming at 2 and a half and just keeps getting better by the day. He's a natural and very gifted in drumming.
