A clever pet cat has figured out how to use a water tap whenever he wants a drink.
Sasuke, the 11-year-old feline, was spotted by his owner perched inside a sink basin in Mie Prefecture, Japan.
Footage shows the intelligent tabby sitting in front of an automatic faucet on May 23.
He then ducks his head beneath the tap, triggering the sensor and releasing a stream of water, which he eagerly laps up.
Sasuke can be seen repeating the trick multiple times whenever the water stops flowing.
