This is sliding rock waterfall in Pisgah forest North Carolina. Its a waterfall you can slide down into 55 degree weather. We were traveling around the Pisgah forest seeing all the beauty in the area after Hurricane Helen. Such a fun experience and a little scary too! The water comes from high up the mountains and is sooo cold! There were lifeguards and families there enjoying the day.
