Today, around 6:20 PM, I filmed a surprising weather event from my house in Saint-Michel-l’Observatoire. A strong wind suddenly swept through the area, bringing with it heavy rain and large hailstones.

The hailstones were quite big and painful when they hit the body. The wind was so powerful that it blew over some objects around the house, including a chair.

What made this moment even more shocking is that it was completely unexpected — the weather forecast didn’t mention any storms. All day, the weather had been hot and sunny, with temperatures reaching around 37°C, just like the past week.

I was caught by surprise and started filming the scene from inside the house. You can clearly see the force of the wind and the intensity of the hail in the video
