VARIOUS OF DOCTORS TREATING INJURED ON GROUND GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE - JULY 2: Israeli warplanes, helicopters, and drones targeted two separate civilian gathering points in the Zaytoun neighborhood of eastern Gaza City on Wednesday, July 2, resulting in multiple injuries, according to local sources. Airstrikes were launched simultaneously on both locations, where civilians had reportedly assembled. The area saw intense aerial activity, including warplanes, Apache helicopters, and quadcopter drones equipped with explosives. In a separate incident, an Israeli Apache helicopter fired a missile at the Shujaiyya neighborhood, also in eastern Gaza. The wounded and deceased were transported to al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, medical officials said. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
