SDEROT, ISRAEL - JULY 10, 2025: Footage captured from the Israeli city of Sderot on Thursday, July 10, showed the extensive destruction across the Gaza Strip after nearly 21 months of Israeli military operations. Widespread damage was visible across northern Gaza, with buildings reduced to rubble and smoke rising from areas hit by recent strikes. Israeli military vehicles, including tanks, were seen moving along the border as the bombardment continued. The Israeli army has killed nearly 57,700 Palestinians in Gaza since October 2023, most of them women and children, according to Palestinian health officials. The assault has devastated Gaza’s infrastructure, triggering widespread hunger and a public health crisis. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
