The Moon
As the man faced his camera to the night sky, one bright semicircle appeared above. Like a half-eaten orange, it hung, unchanged for a few seconds, but later shadowed by the cloud. Behind the camera, the video shooter was explaining the reason why he focused on the moon that very night: it was to show that the object in the sky was the moon indeed and nothing else. He moved his phone up and down, but the moon stayed still in the same position. However, according to him, the last time he was recording the moon, it moved in the video, which caused a debate in the comment section below where people were arguing whether it was the moon or something else.
The footage was filmed in Kuancheng, Changchun, Jilin, on December 16, 2024.
The uploader says, “There are so many wonders in the world that I know nothing of. In my last video, the moon was actually moving upwards. This one I took in the very early morning and it stayed still.”
