The Street Was Instantly Flooded by a Torrential Downpour
Surveillance footage shows vehicles and electric tricycles still moving normally on the rain-slicked road. Then suddenly, strong winds pick up, and a torrential rain begins to pour. The glare of the raindrops becomes so intense that the camera can barely make out the ground. In just two short minutes, water has pooled across the road, making it look like a churning, stormy sea.
