Neighbour blaring music day in, day out, other neighbours had enough and started by asking him to stop until someone then started shouting further to get him to stop
I was laid in bed, tv on 70 and still couldn’t hear my tv. So I went to the balcony to see what was going on, then see the other neighbours on the balcony so started recording.
