What began as a wholesome dinosaur-themed dinner at Dinoland Café quickly devolved into a scene straight out of Jurassic Park. Hoping to delight her dino-loving kids, one mom booked a family meal at the Myrtle Beach hotspot known for its animatronic creatures and hourly raptor walkabouts.

But when the life-sized velociraptor emerged from its cave, the excitement turned to terror. Children screamed. Parents doubled over in laughter. Staff braced for impact.

The kids mother planned a dinner at Dinoland because the kids love dinosaurs. All was fun and exciting until we found out a dinosaur comes and walks around once every hour. At this point there wasnt a dry eye in the restaurant. All the kids were crying and petrified. The parents were crying with laughter. The staff crying because they had to work. Pure chaos.
