VARIOUS OF PRO-PALESTINE DEMONSTRATION / PEOPLE CHANTING SLOGANS, HOLDING FLAGS MOSCOW, RUSSIA - SEPT. 4, 2025: A solidarity event was held in Moscow Thursday, Sept. 4, to support the Palestinian people and protest Israeli attacks in Gaza. The event was held at the Palestinian Embassy in Moscow, attended by ambassadors, civil society representatives, religious officials, and citizens from Palestine and Russia. Participants waving Palestinian flags prayed for those killed in Israeli army attacks in Gaza and chanted slogans in support of Palestine. The Israeli army has launched a brutal military offensive on the Gaza Strip, killing more than 64,200 Palestinians in Gaza. The military campaign has devastated the enclave, which is facing famine. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
