Prime Minister Keir Starmer told delegates that his government supports US President Donald Trump’s Gaza plan, describing it as a chance to end fighting, free hostages, and urgently increase aid deliveries. He said the initiative should revive hopes for a two-state solution, with Israel living securely alongside a Palestinian state that the UK now officially recognizes.
