Heavy flooding submerges road in Sendai, Japan

In the video shows the Shiratori side entrance in front of the Sendai Food Transportation headquarters submerged, with stranded cars caught in the flood. Authorities advised avoiding the Shiratori side road due to closures and hazardous conditions.
