A mum woke up to find her kids' playroom completely covered in paint after her children woke up early.

The mother told Newsflare: "The children wake up in the morning and go to the playroom to play, while I can sleep for another 40 minutes or so. This time, the kids found the paints and started drawing, but when they ran out of paper — and paint trays — they moved on to the walls, the furniture, and themselves. I was woken up by my younger daughter, who came to me looking like that and called for me. Under her pacifier was a double layer of neatly applied gouache paint.

"We washed the kids, and then we all cleaned the rooms together. It hasn’t happened again — they understand they got carried away, but they also know that, of course, no one will hit them. It’s just paint and just things, and there’s no need to make a scene over it. Still, everything has consequences: if you make a mess, you help fix it."
