On November 28, 2025 in Parnas, Saint Petersburg, Russia, a video captured a mini-tractor operator ramming parked cars with the vehicle’s front bucket. In the video, the mini-tractor moves back and forth along the residential driveway, repeatedly swerving onto the sidewalk and striking several parked cars instead of clearing the slushy snow from the roadway. A local resident filming the scene can be heard warning children and adults passing by about the danger. Neighbors arrived after she notified the owners of the damaged vehicles, and emergency services were called. The mini-tractor reportedly damaged three cars, and road police also responded to the scene as the unusual behavior and its possible cause.
