Filmer Isabel Ortiz captured this hilarious misunderstanding at a Dairy Queen drive-thru in Querétaro, Mexico, on August 16, 2025.

The video shows a man waiting for his order when the server hands him a Blizzard upside down—a standard quality check by the chain to prove the treat's thickness. Unaware of the protocol or momentarily startled, the man panics, thinking the ice cream is about to fall onto his lap.

He instinctively lunges forward, grabbing the cup and the exposed ice cream with his hand to "save" it while shouting, "Ay, señorita!" (Oh, miss!) in distress. The car erupts in laughter as the realization of the harmless prank sets in.
