Dr. Simi mascot accidentally knocks over a child in Boca del Río, Mexico
On November 20, 2025, in Boca del Río, Veracruz, Mexico, @berenicesalazar78 shared a mishap video involving a Dr. Simi mascot at a mall. In the video, the mascot playfully kneels to kiss 19-year-old Hannia Keren Salazar Enríquez’s hand, but suddenly lose balance and begins to topple over. Without noticing a small child standing to the left, the mascot accidentally bumps into the little girl, causing her to fall and cry. Her parents quickly rush to pick her up, while the mascot gets back on their feet and checks on her to make sure she’s okay.
