European leaders attend working dinner with Zelenskyy in Berlin
BERLIN, GERMANY - DEC. 15, 2025 - ZELENSKYY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT - RESTRICTED: European heads of government attended a working dinner with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday, Dec. 15, in the German capital Berlin.
French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer were present at the gathering, which was also attended by representatives of the EU and NATO.
Earlier in the day, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz addressed a joint press conference with Zelenskyy.
Also on Monday, Zelenskyy met German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and President of the German Bundestag Julia Klöckner.
Ukrainian-American talks kicked off in Berlin on Sunday as consultations on a possible end to the war in Ukraine continued at the highest level later in the day.
On Thursday, the EU will hold a summit to decide whether to use frozen Russian state assets for Ukraine.
