Heavy Rain hits the South West in Plymouth Devon No body is slowing down and tailgating on the A38 though Plymouth even the rivers are bursting its banks and trees are falling
Even the nearby caravan site is under threat form flooding on the river plym, a tree has fallen and blocking the river and its not even high tide until 4pm , the main roads people are not slowing down in the heavy rain and some trucks are tailgating on the A38 plymouth
