Info from Licensor: "Driving with the in-laws and saw this garbage truck trying to maneuver the bin without getting out of the cab to line it up with the forks properly, let alone on the flat sidewalk they normally do this on. We got lucky with our timing, just as we were about to go by the bin got loose and hit three cars on its journey down 10th St."
