Info from Licensor: "We were on a three-lane street; he and I were in the middle lane, with an ambulance and a fire truck coming towards us from behind. Then, he and I moved to the right lane, and he was in front of me at this point. The fire truck and ambulance passed by, he stayed in the right lane, and I went back to the middle lane, then he went behind me. At the second red light, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that he was flipping me off, so I moved to the right lane and waved for him to pass me and gave him a sorry wave when he passed me. I then moved back into the middle lane behind him, and he started brake-checking me and was really mad. At the third red light, he got out of his truck, yelling the first time, then went back to his truck and pulled his gun on me."
