Georgie Martin has drawn more than a million views after posting a video documenting her attempt to “read her height” in 2025. The challenge, which she set at the start of the year, required her to finish enough books to build a tower as tall as she is.

By the end of the clip, Martin completes the challenge, revealing she read 50 books in total — enough to build a tower that finally stands level with her.

I stacked every book I read into one giant tower. The goal of the year was the read as many books as I was tall. So that the tower would be my height or above. This videos shows me stacking the books one at a time to see if I successfully completed my challenge. The tower falls over multiple times whilst filming and I have to restack it and start again. I successfully completed the challenge at the end of the video showcasing that I read 50 books in total!
