BMW collision injures pedestrians in Voronezh, Russia
On January 5, 2026, in Voronezh, Russia, security video captured a serious road traffic accident involving two BMW vehicles. In the video, a BMW X5 driven by a 30-year-old man failed to maintain a safe distance and collided with a BMW X6 M Competition driven by a 47-year-old local resident. The impact forced the SUV onto the sidewalk near house No. 23b on Koltsovskaya Street, striking two female pedestrians aged 54 and 37 before crashing into a traffic light and road sign pole. Both pedestrians and a two-year-old girl who was a passenger in the BMW X5 sustained injuries and were hospitalized. Police confirmed that a detailed investigation, including video analysis, is underway to determine the full circumstances and causes of the crash.
