Japan: Teen Arrested Over Knife on Tokyo Train as Passengers Evacuate onto Tracks
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Friday, January 23, following reports of a man armed with a knife on a Saikyo Line train in Tokyo’s Kita Ward. While no injuries were reported, several train lines were suspended, forcing some passengers to evacuate onto the tracks and walk to the nearest station.
