Definitely the most impressive 22 push-up challenge so far
A cool video has emerged from Canada of a man doing the 22 push-up challenge while flying a plane.
The footage, filmed on board the SZD-51-1 Junior above Toronto on September 11, shows the pilot dipping the nose of the aircraft and pulling it back up again to simulate 22 press ups.
The filmer later wrote online: "Although the maneuvers only required the use of the stick and rudder pedals, the repeated transition from negative-G to positive-G made it feel more like abdominal crunches than push-ups.
"The Go-Pro gave a great view of what the world looks like from the cockpit."
The 22 push-up challenge is designed to raise awareness about suicide rates among military veterans.
