Driver in Black Skoda didn't pay attention on the road. Im pretty sure because of the mobile phone. You can see from the video, that black skoda didn't even try to pull brakes or reduce the speed. There is no way that driver who pay attention on road will act like that. Something distracted him. Because of his dangerous driving, we try to void hard accident as much as we could. Also huge amount of lorries on the motorway and how long it take them to overtake each other. Lorries take 2 lanes of 3 in this case, and drivers have to take fast lane to overtake them, and there is not way to escape from there.
Police officer didnt even check Black Scoda Driver for drugs or alcohol, even after I did show them a video.

Me, my wife and one more passenger are all good! We ended up catch 1 car only.
Update: 12/09/2016 my insurance company put fault on me and advice us to take independent solicitor. From they words, they wouldn't be able to win this case in a court.
