GoPro Karma Hard Crash
I received my GoPro Karma on October 26, 2016. On Friday October 28, I took it out for it's 2nd flight. When the drone got to about 170 feet up, I could no longer hear it from the ground, and when I looked up, I saw it falling to the ground. Unfortunately, it took a pretty good hit, and broke 2 of the propellers, and one of the legs.
It turned out that this was the first reported case to GoPro about this type of incident, and there have been a few more since. GoPro issued a recall for the Karma drones on November 8, 2016.
