Watch the video and see the changes has it happens , Plymouth Community Homes in plymouth devon is working with Barratt Homes, Mi-Space and Plymouth City Council to deliver the £168 million transformation of North Prospect.This project will see more than 1,100 new homes being built for rent, shared ownership and private sale. A community hub for the people of North Prospect will also be built as part of the first phase.As well as building the new homes, some areas of the estate will be repaired and refurbished, bringing them up to the Plymouth Community Homes Standard.
The ten year scheme is now well underway and Plymouth Community Homes has received the first 37 new homes, from Barratt Homes, who are the developers for phase 1 and phase 2 of the regeneration scheme. Many tenants have already moved into their new homes.
