We are working on creating an anxiety awareness video as part of a larger campaign, targeting GP's.

The purpose is to educate on how to identify and treat patients with anxiety. The anxiety disorders we want to focus on are PTSD, PD and SAD. We would like to see patients discussing their experience with these disorders.

We are looking for the following:

:: People with social anxiety disorder, panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder
:: First hand accounts of of living with specific anxiety disorders - the impact on life
:: Symptoms people living with anxiety have dealt with
:: Whether COVID-19 has exacerbated people's anxiety, if so - how?
:: Journey to treatment to manage anxiety
:: The success of that treatment
:: How treatment has helped manage anxiety
