Cinco de Mayo, full of food, parades, music, folkloric dancing, and lots of margaritas. Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of the military victory in the battle of Puebla, Mexico against the French forces of Napoleon in 1862. Parts of Mexico and the United States celebrate this victorious date 'Cinco de Mayo' which means May 5th.
