Unedited clip from my journey to Chernobyl arriving and visiting a few locations at this remarkable place.
I have an interest in Urbex photography which is visiting abandoned places exploring and capturing the moment to share with others and Chernobyl is the ultimate Urbex experience, it was quite an experience to visit yet also sad to learn about the tragedy that unfolded back in 1986.
Life literally did seize at Chernobyl and the town of Pripyat and from the many buildings we visited including a school where students books where left open as they all evacuated makes you appreciate the horror and uncertainty the population had felt.
