Footage of a truck and minivan colliding on the slip road of the I-10 eastbound in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

The video, filmed in January 2016, appears to show a delivery driver nearly miss the exit but just about make it onto the slip road, colliding with a minivan in the process.

According to the filmer, the driver of the minivan suffered injuries to his jaw and ribs.

1-11-16 ~ An independent delivery driver for a [Mattress Firm] realized at the 'last minute' that he was going to miss his exit. So rather than keep driving to the next exit, he decided to cross over two (2) white lines to make his exit, then rams the maroon mini-van causing it to flip over. I learned later that the driver of the mini-van suffered a broken jaw and broken ribs.
