A stunning video has emerged from Munich, Germany of a pilot flying his illuminated hang glider into the city at dusk.

In the clip, which was filmed on May 6, Austrian Wolfgang Siess expertly navigates the evening skies with his luminous green and blue glider as amazed locals stare up at him.

Eventually, Siess comes down to land in English Garden in the city centre.

According to the filmer, there were reported sightings of a UFO on the evening of Siess's flight.

Wolfgang Siess, Austrian hang gliding pilot, flies with his illuminated hang glider into the city of Munich at dusk. There is a dense atmosphere as he approached the city. While his green and blue silhouette scratches the deep-red skies at sunset, he is in the middle of the city playing with skyscrapers and the the baffled crowd on the ground. There have even been reports of Ufo sights the day after. He touched down in English Garden with a Facebook crowd of friends waiting for his approach and landing.
