This is what happens when you fail to launch a boat
Footage has emerged from the US of a truck submerged in the sea after launching a boat.
The video, captured on May 9 in Erie County, Buffalo, shows police officers taking the vehicle out of the water.
''It was a gentleman who was launching his boat and either did not put it in gear or a strong tide rolled it out,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''The trailer was still attached as you could see at the end.''
''The Buffalo Police and Dive team were under water for quite a bit trying to hook it up properly to get it out.''
''It seemed like it was jack knifed under that dock in the video,'' he added.
